What's the Difference Between Home Care & Home Health Care?

I don't understand what the differences are between home care & home health care.

My mother needs help around the home, housework, dishes, chores etc.

Home care is a broad term used to describe several forms of care provided in-home. Generally it covers personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), homemaking services (light housekeeping & chores) & companionship services.

Home health care provides medical care in the home. Several examples are therapy (physical, occupational & speech therapy), infusion services, wound treatment & medication management.
